Returns for In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Pre-orders are produced specifically for each customer to avoid overproduction.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
